Every project, whatever its size, comprises the same six elements, all of which are covered in your proposal.
Pricing is confirmed after a site survey, because it depends on system size, the brands selected, the mounting structure your roof requires and whether battery storage is included.
The choice depends mainly on the reliability of grid supply. Battery storage adds significantly to the cost, so we recommend it only where backup is a real requirement. More on battery backup
Makes sense if supply in your area is fairly steady and your main goal is a lower bill.
Suitable where power cuts are frequent, or where critical loads must stay on: a clinic refrigerator, CCTV or a home office.
Two quotations at the same price can describe very different systems. Every Maya Green Power proposal specifies the seven points listed here, so that you can compare offers on a like-for-like basis.
A solar system has no moving parts and requires very little maintenance. Where attention is needed, customers contact us directly.
The monitoring app shows daily generation. If output falls or the inverter reports a fault, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp. We diagnose whether the cause lies with the grid, the inverter or a panel, and arrange the repair or the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Routine cleaning remains with the customer. Panels should be washed with plain water every two weeks or so, early in the morning or in the evening.
Send a photograph of your electricity bill on WhatsApp. We will respond with an indicative system size and advise whether battery backup is justified for your property.
