6 kW home system, Mohali

Work in progress. These photographs show a residential rooftop system being installed by our installation team in Mohali. They were taken during the work, before final finishing.

Installation quality checklist

When evaluating any installer, ask to see photographs of completed work or visit a site. These are the points we inspect on every installation.

Footings. Each leg should be set in a proper concrete footing that can withstand storm winds.
Structure. Galvanised steel, free of rust at cut ends and welds, and braced against movement.
Panels. Aligned in straight rows, clamped at the points specified by the manufacturer, and free of shading from tanks or walls.
Cabling. Routed in conduit and secured, with nothing hanging loose beneath the panels or lying in standing water.
Earthing. A dedicated earthing strip from the structure to ground, and a lightning arrester above the panels.
Roof condition. Left clean, with no debris and no damage to the waterproofing.
